Cookies are small text files that a website you visit stores in your browser. This policy explains which cookies and similar browser storage tools are used on www.ctfpremix.com.
In short
Our site only uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising, profiling, social media tracking or analytics (statistics) cookies. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, so no third-party cookies are set when our pages load.
Cookies and storage we use
- ctf_portal (cookie, strictly necessary): keeps you signed in to the customer portal. It is only created when you sign in to the portal and is deleted when you close the browser.
- ctf_admin (cookie, strictly necessary): keeps authorised staff signed in to the admin panel; it is not created for visitors.
- ctf-lang (browser local storage, functional): remembers the language you chose. It is persistent; you can delete it in your browser.
- ctf-cookie-ok (browser local storage, functional): remembers that you closed this notice.
- ctf-prefill (session storage, functional): carries the product you selected from a product page to the contact form; deleted when you close the tab.
Legal basis
Because these cookies and storage tools are strictly necessary to provide the service you request, or only remember your own preferences, they are used without asking for consent; this page and the notice at the bottom of the site provide the required information. If we decide to use analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will only enable them with your explicit consent and will update this policy.
Third-party services
When you click links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or Google, you are taken to that service's site and its own cookie policy applies.
How to manage cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies you may not be able to sign in to the customer portal; the rest of the site will continue to work.
